Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible, the item must be unused, undamaged, in the same condition that you received it, in the original packaging, and with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment. The timing depends on your card issuer policies.
Shipping Costs
You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The RMN must be stated on the return shipping label or waybill as a reference.
